I walked into the house buying process as a first time buyer with a solid background in finance and a good level of knowledge in the process, but I did not take into account how valuable Don's experience would be. Don has been buying and selling property for 30 years in DFW; he knows everything there is to know about market trending in every city, wear and tear on homes to look out for, sensitive price points and reasonable negotiation, soil movement, closest proximity to a golf course (haha), you name it. Even for an experienced buyer or seller in the market, Don would be an excellent choice to get you the best bang for your buck. We'll be contacting him again in the future!

We were in the process of relocating from Illinois to Texas and the first realtor (competitor of Remax ) we used through our relocation company was a disaster. This person failed to listen to our requests and drove like a maniac to every house. After that experience, we contacted our relocation representative and requested a change. My sister use to live in Coppell back in the early 1990's and knew Don well. Remax was on the relocation company's list of approved realtors, so Don was our guy. He was professional, personable, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, very patient, listen to our requests and most of all, he drove like normal. We cannot forgot, Don's negotiation skills were second to none a week before closing. He was the right person to have on our side. Thank you Don!

Debbie and Don had the listing. We agreed to have Debbie represent us. Don represented the seller. She gave us guidance, and research based recommendations to make a final offer on a multi contact bid, but gave us no information from her husbands knowledge of the other offers. Based on research on area offers over contract we made an offer well above asking price and were successful. She also referred to us a lender who was able to get a conventional loan done based on assets rather than income. Two other lenders I had contacted were not able to get this same loan. We were very happy with her assistance in getting in this home.
